4.1. Tracking Tools

8.1 Canada, European Union and United Kingdom Privacy Rights

If our processing of your personal information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), and/or the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”), and unless subject to an exemption, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
